For POAM an extract from service now cannot be submitted - so what is submitted? Is duplicated entries done in the Excel and in the system?
Cathy McMullen

How are the SAM documents kept up-to-date? Automatically, I hope?

Hi Cathy - all of the content in the ArC library is monitored regularly, with quarterly content updates provided through the ServiceNow Store that will allow for easy updates to be made. ServiceNow and Edgile also have Regulatory Change Management capabilities too.

Was all of this created out of the box?
Vivian Yan FTB
50:50
Linda, FTB Information Security manages all issues on GRC and submit required information in an excel format to CDT
Cliff Harris
51:01
Jane, Edgile did the implementation and they also have added functionality.
Linda Johnson
59:33
As followup question - Are you saying that the GRC provides the POA&M reporting in Excel format to submit to CDT?
Vivian Yan FTB
01:01:18
GRC doesn't provide POA&M reporting in excel format out of the box. But all issues can be exported into an excel format
Jacqueline.Rogers
01:02:58
Is ARC same as UCF?
Jane Rosenthal
01:03:36
so are there 5 modules then that are possible? or are these grouping?
Jane Rosenthal
01:07:27
can I get the recording to share with my team?
Linda Johnson
01:07:31
To confirm, individual POA&M items is singularly exported then someone has to group that into a single excel document. Is that correct?
Keith Haugrud
01:09:03
